Steve had one of the nicest fall days we have had all season for his session. It was a great afternoon spent at two very different locations. He even played his guitar for me while I was shooting!! THAT was a session highlight!! He is a VERY talented guitar player!! Thanks for a wonderful session!

Here’s another gorgeous senior girl.  I had such a great time visiting her *sweet* farm and traveling around the backroads for this session.  I hope you love the photos, V!  Thanks for making my job so easy! 

Loved this girl!  Talk about a natural in front of the camera.  She was such a trooper – she had the most amazingly cute and put together outfits, and the weather was *frigid* even though it was a gorgeous, sunny day.  This poor girl was freezing during our entire session, but you would never know it by looking at these photos.  She totally turned it on in front of the camera!  T- I hope you love them!  I had a great time at our session, and I can’t wait for you to see the  rest! 

Oh, and did they ever!  These girls are my senior rockstars.  They have opted for the 4 seasons senior shoot (see details on my website), so this is now our 3rd shoot since August.  This time they opted to have their session together, and while it was *frigid*, we managed to have a lot of fun and rock out photos like these below.  I used some flash during this session (gasp! lol).  I am primarily a natural light photographer, but with seniors and newborns it is often really fun to break out some cool lighting tricks – and this was the perfect session to do that.  I present – Jess and Jess, Winter 09.  

I was really looking forward to photographing these soon-to-be senior sisters.  I met them last year at a friend’s birthday party, and I was correct in remembering how sweet they were!  They’re also extremely photogenic!  This session was a breeze!  Thanks so much for a great session.  You two were incredibly flawless, especially considering how stinkin’ hot and humid it was yesterday!

Hey girls, it worked!  We were trying to recreate a photograph from when they were little.  They even had the same bags from way back when!  How cute!!

This is how it looked at the Dunes last night. It was as if the sky had split apart, just to shine golden rays down onto Chicago.  It was totally magical.  I’m so glad I was there to see this.  I was also glad we got there just in time to miss the rain!  :)

I was very excited to be asked to document pre-prom for this GORGEOUS couple! Taylor (and her dress AND shoes) were stunning! Ricky may be the most polite senior boy I have ever met. No wonder Taylor’s Mom loves him so much! I hope you two had a great time! Watch for Taylor’s upcoming beach model shoot. Can’t wait!

I’m SO glad we decided to move this session back one day. Saturday was rainy and dark, but Sunday was the perfect afternoon for this senior’s session. Isn’t she gorgeous??? And this land – AMAZING!!! I had such a great time. I hope you both LOVE the images!!
