One of my favorite families + downtown Chicago + 60 some degrees in November + fantastic outfits (do you SEE the little one in Matilda Jane and Ugg boots? Eeee!!!) = pure bliss for me (and probably the biggest sneak peek ever). I love capturing moments for your family!!! Thank you, Bennetts. Thank you! 
So a couple of Saturday’s ago, Valpo’s Venue got rocked by Tori’s Sweet 16 Birthday Bash. Let me tell you, this was a party like none other. Not only is the Venue an awesome place to have a party, but the family made this party insane!!! The pictures will tell the story. Tori – Happy Birthday, sweetie!!! It is always a treat to photograph you, and I was honored to be there for this big occasion.

Oh boy, was this a hot and sticky session! We had to reschedule this session due to rain and then illness, so despite the intense heat the show had to go on! As always, though, Ian was nothing but happy and perfectly content to play around outside while we captured some photos. I adore photographing this little guy, and so love watching him grow up. This past session he called me “Mantha” – SO CUTE!! Thanks again for a wonderful time with your family. You guys are the best!
I am literally *bursting* with joy over these photos. My dear friend Kristi recently gave birth to her first child, and I was lucky enough to get to visit them for a morning on Karli’s 17th day of life. Mom and Dad are completely in love with her – how could they not be?? It was so good to get to see my friend again and to capture this precious time in their life. Kristi, Chad – I am SO, SO happy for you three!! Karli is a perfect angel, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to come over and take these photos. I can’t wait to watch her grow up. You two are already phenomenal parents. I love you guys!

The month of June kept me very busy. I started my first commercial project, and I am VERY excited to see the finished results. I was very excited to be asked to document pre-prom for this GORGEOUS couple! Taylor (and her dress AND shoes) were stunning! Ricky may be the most polite senior boy I have ever met. No wonder Taylor’s Mom loves him so much! I hope you two had a great time! Watch for Taylor’s upcoming beach model shoot. Can’t wait!
